“I run several committees for an advocacy group in Chicago. Each Monday I enter the tasks for the week and assign them to certain members. They check the tasks off as they're completed, and I never have to chase people around to find out what is still left to do. I've started using Wiggio to-do's on other boards I'm on as well.” Jeff G “By far the simplest video meeting tool we've found - and trust me, we've tried them all! Our managers just create a meeting room, send the link around to the relevant participants, and it's started. The virtual participants can interact via voice and video, and can even see the screen of the presenter.” Linda K “The Red Cross keeps a Wiggio calendar for every county and for each state-wide committee. Workers and volunteers access the calendar to see relevant events, projects and deadlines. We set our calendar up so that only the managers can add new events. It's made our scheduling incredibly easy and efficient.” Ellen M “The ASA keeps all our files stored centrally on Wiggio. We have different folders for documents, photos, forms, and press - all our members have access to the files, and we never have to worry about sending them to everyone. We also keep a folder that only the managers can access. This system saves us so much time and pain of sending attachments is eliminated.” Jerry R “Wiggio polling is a game-changer for the FBLA national board. I used to send my teams lengthy emails with questions, and then each member would respond individually, meaning I'd get 50 plus emails back. Now I setup a poll, for instance, “Can you volunteer at 7pm Thursday?” - I get a list of names in one clean results page.” Jonny M “Each committee within our organization has it's own Wiggio email address. Members send in messages to that address, and they go out to the group. This really couldn't be easier - every time we bring in someone new to a group, we just hand her the group email address and she's instantly in-the-loop.” Lilly M “Our organization literally runs on blast Wiggio messages. I can send texts to my volunteers on-the-fly letting them know where to be and when to get there. My director also send a weekly voice message to the whole team, setting the goals for that week and getting everyone on the same page. I don't know how we functioned before getting our org on Wiggio.” Leah K
